Using option driven menus this SKF hand held data collector is designed for both experts and non-experts alike giving excellent in hand vibration monitoring capabilities. With 12,800 lines of resolution displayed on a colour LCD ¼ VGA (320 x 240) screen colour-coded; red, yellow, green codes quickly allow the Microlog Advisor Pro to give clear and simple visual display of collected data, with the Conformance Testing Module up to 64 graded alarms can be set to notify when pre-defined levels are reached. This vibration monitoring tool is not only powerful and accurate enough to complete the job but is also designed to be ergonomic and tough, a drop test from 2m tested to MIL STD 810 standard testifies to this. While weighing just 715g on the scales and with dimensions of 186mm x 134mm the SKF Microlog Advisor Pro really is hand held and the Lithium-ion smart battery pack gives up to 8 hours continuous use keeping the need for recharging to a minimum. The on-board 128MB storage (enough to store 4,000 spectra) can be increased to 16GB via the SD memory slot.

The Conformance Test Kit can simultaneously monitor up to 64 fault criteria and will alert the user to any invalid measurements or abnormal conditions and comes pre-configured with SKF templates to enable testing of any of the 10816 standards.
The FFT Analyser and Bump Test Kit breaks down noise and vibration signals into their constituent frequencies and also provides ‘phase vector’ readings to aid better understanding of the motion of parts of the machine
The Balancing Kit provides precision data on all rotating machinery and can help diagnose the cause of structural stress and vibration noise levels on motors, fans and turbines. It is also able to give screen based instructions on where to add or remove weight to re-balance the system.
Spindle Assessment Kit is capable of performing 9 different tests on machine tool spindles including; imbalance, mechanical condition, bearing condition, tool nose run out, clamp force, EM distance, belt tension, speed accuracy and resonant frequency.
