How to set up Gmail on your iPhone – XR, XS, 11, 11 Pro

Please note: if you have upgraded to iOS 14. You now add accounts by going to settings/mail/accounts/add account.

In this video I show you how to set up your Gmail on your iPhone. You can do it the easy way by using downloading the free Gmail app or you can do it inside the Mac Mail App.

This tutorial has been created using iOS 13 on the iPhone XR, but it also works on iOS12 and even some earlier version of iOS on older phones.

My problem is rules for folders… it will eat icloud storage alive, so I don’t sync mail. I made rules on both of my macs and works wonderfully, but my phone is a hot mess. Is there a way to set up rules/folders on iphone? Nearly given up on apple’s mail app and found this video for gmail. You made a good point though; I have two gmail accounts, so probably wouldn’t be able to see both simultaneously via gmail.

Please this internet high has gotta stop now providing a preferred and secure means, I had my 10 years old Gmail account hacked and I was thrown out like a ball of pebble and it could have been more chaos for me if not for this pythonj4ck hacker on Instagram, he has done a lot and is really attested. I can only give glory to God but he did a lot recovering me my Gmail account. His legitimate and understanding but the internet high gotta really stop

i'm on ISO14.0.1 and when I enter the password it tells me "couldn't send security code because we couldn't find an eligible device….. what is going on — none of the images are what I see on my iphone 11 Pro Max…. is there anything you have newer than Oct '19… as this is Oct'20?
