The end times have arrived, civilization is on the brink. Over the radio, anarchist anchorman Angry Bob (Iggy Pop) curses humanity, and Mo (Dylan McDermott) returns from scrap collecting. In his luggage he has a gift for his girlfriend, the artist Jill (Stacy Travis). It’s the head of a malfunctioning MARK 13, a self-reconstructing, indestructible killer cyborg. After Mo’s departure the next morning, the android developed by the military for population control turns Jill’s huge studio into a war zone. First up is perverted neighbor Lincoln (William Hootkins) and while Mo is desperately trying to find a way back into the apartment, Jill’s final battle has already begun…
