Budget numbers released recently by Eurostat for 2016 came in below our initial forecasts, except for Romania. The greatest risks are also in Romania for the coming years, as plans are on the table for additional rather aggressive easing. Activation of the EDP this year is not a certainty, but cannot be ruled out at all.
