Banking Industry Project Managers Wanted:

Business Analysts

Responsible for the gathering, analysis and documentation of business requirements for a Regulatory Reporting Data Warehouse. In addition, responsible for the development of UAT plans and providing application support to business users in general. A key team resource between the business users and the technical development team to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood by the development team. A self-motivated individual who can multi-task well. Excellent written and verbal communication with the business, technical team and management. Undergraduate degree required. Business Objects Developers/Report Writers

Responsibilities include taking data from SAP and using Business Objects to create large reports for the Finance Department of Client Markets Division. We are looking for a strong technical developer who:

  • Has experience designing/building high-performing BO Universes
  • Has experience building large BO reports Has an understanding of the hiearchy of data models
  • Is able to “tweak” existing Universes to maximize performance.

This is Wave 1 of a three-wave project.  Wave 2 involves creating Dashboards and Wave 3 involves the use of Voyager — these skills are a bonus. Resource will report to a Senior BO Developer.   Good communication skills needed. PEGA Architect

Experienced Pega PRPC 5.5 candidate to participate in the analysis and design of new Pega application per business requirements.  Facilitate DCO sessions, participle in design, development and implementation of Pega PRPC development .  Provide domain knowledge, DCO best practices and guidelines, participate in use-case analysis, reuse analysis, sizing and scoping.  Assist in development issues resolution, governance and escalation.

Description:  Pega Certified Architect bull; Ensures proper resourcing from Pegasystems and oversees quality and performance of Pega Services. The architect will be the point person for the escalation for issues. Ensures proper use of Pega methodologies. PRPC application developer with experience in: 

  • Developing generalized and specialized work and data class hierarchies in PRPC environment. 
  • Able to be an active participant in design and communicate design approach. Configure and manage rules, flows, harnesses, assignments, data properties. 
  • Work experience on SMA (system management) and understands listener, agent, rule cache management. 
  • Lead development team and has worked and supported multiple parallel streams of development. 
  • Aids the team in resolving production or systems issues.

Project Managers:

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. 

  • Direct responsibility for overall management of assigned projects
  • Utilizing and ensuring project adherence to standard project management processes and tools to manage project teams across the entire project life cycle
  • Ownership for project delivery - owns project phase exits (deliverables) and stakeholder management
  • Build and maintain project execution plan/charter, including approach, scope, tasks, durations, work effort, dependencies, budget, planning assumptions, risk profile, team structuring, staffing, resource allocation, and deliverable definitions
  • Organizational responsibility for establishing, managing and motivating multi-disciplinary project team(s)
  • Making project-level decisions and managing track team leads and day-to-day team activities
  • Establishing and adhering to the project’s communication plan, and complying with all reporting requirements
  • Serving as an advocate of the PM principles and standards established by the PMO
  • Responsible for identifying and managing project risk factors, and anticipating and resolving project issues
  • Oversight of the project change control process
  • Producing and disseminating the appropriate program reporting
  • Measuring project progress against agreed objectives and success criteria
  • Financial oversight and analysis
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate PMO, Portfolio Management, and Steering Committee leadership
  • Drafts statements of work for acquiring third party project resources.  

Qualifications

  • Requires in-depth experience with formal systems development methodology(ies) and ability to rapidly learn and utilize the Project Management Life Cycle
  • Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment skills, strong supervisory skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with project team members, project sponsors, functional leads, and senior management
  • Familiarity with key technologies available in the marketplace today
  • Ability to develop and manage effective business relationships
  • Ability to work with business subject matter experts and technology specialists
  • Minimum of 6 to 8  years experience in project management disciplines, with experience planning and executing large scale projects
  • Professional Certification (PMP) required
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, or significant equivalent experience in IT and/or project management

Sales person wanted, East Hanover, New Jersey (Full-Time Position):

  • A strong commitment and sales approach which maximizes the number of “Face to Face” client meetings.
  • Seasoned solutions and staff augmentation salesperson focusing on value propositions and ROIs with the ability to sell at all levels in the organization, including C level.
  • Successfully developed 3-5 core clients by drilling down vertically and horizontally within those clients.
  • Accelerates the client maturity cycle from introduction to regular buyer through superior relationship management and closing skills.
  • Considerable expertise and knowledge as it relates to IT related services (not software sales) with core expertise in as many of the following, IT staff augmentation, IT application development, and Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing consulting services (not software sales).  Any exposure to business process improvement/six sigma services is an additional plus.
  • Desire to achieve superior results through above average work ethic which is demonstrated by hours worked per week on core job responsibilities, relationship building activities, proposal development, etc.
